This was an unusual transaction for an older Bimmer conducted over the phone. Germain identified several items to fix which delayed delivery, but the dealership wanted this car in top shape before delivery. Daron kept us informed through the entire process and delivered the car to our home. We were a little unsure of doing business this way--I would normally go over a used car with a fine tooth comb before making an offer. You can rest assured this is a trustworthy dealership with high standards and quality staff.

I recently purchased a used BMW 328I from Germain BMWAlex Soare Client Advisor was very professional and easy to deal with. The car needed some maintenance before it could leave the lot. This work was completed very quickly. Shortly after I drove the car off the lot a problem developed that need to be fixed. Jim Mcginn is the best! He goes above and beyond for the customer! He wants to make sure your happy and really cares! I am on my 7th BMW now. I drive a 530i and my wife drives a 430i Grand Coupe. These cars are awesome! In all the time we have operated BMWs we have had only 1 minor recall. We have never required service due to a failure or malfunction of any of our vehicles. These cars are beautiful to look at and so much fun to drive with all the latest technology onboard.
