Upon walking into the dealership, I was greeted with a smile and eventually a loaner to test out. That loaner is now my new 430i convertible. Raquel was very welcoming and helped me get situated with both Jeremy in service and Natasha in sales. Chris made sure I was taken care of. Being new to Naples, it was nice to be treated like family from the moment I walked in till we drove away after our tutorial with Anthony.

We just bought a new 2017 BMW X1. The experience at Germain BMW was extremely satisfying. It is a friendly dealership with lots of inventory. we were pleased with the length of any test ride we wanted to take. And, in fact, they let us take the vehicle on our own for 3 hours to real get used to the vehicle. Our dealer, Ken Caraglio, could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. I own a 2005 Z4 and was experiencing a problem with the steering. I am new to.the area and this was my first experience with Germain BMW of Naples. I called Service, explained the problem. I have a very tight work schedule that involves a lot of travel, so my time is limited. Service got me in the next morning.
