I had my car serviced and washed while I sipped coffee. I was told it could take about 90 minuets but it was done sooner, which is always nice!!
Charity was very accommodating and helpful without being overly aggressive or pushy, which many car salespeople can be. She answered questions professionally and personably. I would also like to mention Renee Santos in the finance department, whose service was exceptional.
Just got a pre owned 3 series from this dealership. Carl Burt is an exceptional employee who was really helpful through out the whole process. He made sure that I walked out of the dealership with the car and with the same monthly installment figures that I had in my mind when I came in. I bought a Pre-Owned car from Dave Townsend via email and a couple of phone conversations. I was in Northern California and BMW of Murietta is in Southern California. The deal was quick, easy and very professional. Dave coordinated the paperwork to be delivered FedEx, so I could sign the docs and get them returned to the dealership before driving down and picking up the car. Carl (internet sales) shot straight. Got my trade-in preliminarily worked out over the phone. The car we were looking for was already sold, but Carl found an even better deal on a better car. Waiting for financing to complete the deal was the only part of the process that took a while. Once we got to Thomas' (finance) desk it was smooth, quick and professional. Extremely professional from start to finish with b this car. If their after care is as good as the purchasing process, I'll never by another car anywhere else.
