Hannah Loveday is a great service rep. Always professional. Hannah and the service team truly go out of their way to treat you well. I've been with Bmw murrieta since it opened a few years back and it Keeps getting better!
I chose to give the overall rating of six stars because of the way I was treated during my process of selecting a new BMW. My salesman, Dave Townsend, was always professional, courteous and most of all patient. It took a few weeks for me to finalize my decision to purchase my BMW through BMW of Murrieta, and I give all of that credit to Dave Townsend. Dave is nice, communicative and helpful. I sent him a request via TrueCar.com, and he responded almost immediately. We followed up w/ a phone call, and then some more emails - Dave always responds really quickly (usually 5-10 minutes), also until late at night. He's always courteous and provides answers to all questions, so there's not any of the "well, I can't help you unless you come to the dealership" cr** that so many other sales guys use. It was my first time being here, due to service going wrong at another dealership, and I must say one of the best I've ever been too. Definitely worth the drive to Murietta just to get my car serviced and I live all the way in Compton. However, it's definitely amazing to know that they took the time and actually worked on my car to do it right. Everything was great.
Chad Ludwig was great to work with during our a bit of difficult time getting new wheels. He was very patient while we inspected our newly chromed wheels at the first go round three wheels needed to be re-done, the second time we went in two of the wheels needed to be re-done so the third time was a charm. Bill, shuttle driver, dropped us off for breakfast and after he picked us up the the car was ready to go! Denise
It was our first time at this location and it was a wonderful experience. From making last minute appointment over the phone with last minute changes to car service and shuttle service, the staff was very helpful and friendly.
It is stressful when buying an expensive new car. Jolene Bochholtz was very professional and took the sting out of writing that big check. She has followed up to make sure that I am a satisfied customer, and I am.
Chad Ludwig provided the most extraordinary service when I brought in my 750Li 2013. Together with shuttle service driver, Bill, my experience couldn't have been any better. I was extremely pleased. Thank you Chad and Bill for giving me the assurance, certainty and security I needed for my long drive.
BMW of Murrieta highly recommended. Victoria Guthery in the Service Dpt gives the best customer service very professional and nice. In my experience this place is the best !!
