Working with Carl Burt was very pleasant. We emailed and texed about the car I wanted for 2 days. He explained everything thoroughly and is very honest. He basically had to hold my hand through out the entire process. I didnt know anything but Carl explained everything clearly so that I felt good about my decision. I got a great deal and love my new car!!!! I will be coming back to see Carl for all my cars.

I was helped by Hannah Loveday and I definitely enjoyed my experience with her. She accommodated me and all of my requests. She didn't fail to remind me that my maintenance warranty is almost over, thus she explained all my different options as far as what to do. I had no questions asked afterwards. Ryan Cornille Is always on top of his game when I am at the dealership for service. He makes feel like knows and remembers who I am and the cars I have by taking the time to conversate with me. Ryan's professionalism is to be immolated by others .. A true professional.

Dave Townsend is awesome! Extremely happy with the service, Dave was so genuine and willing to work with me, would recommend going to him 100%. Will be a returning customer because of Dave.

We've had a few warranty issues with our 2011 BMW 7 series and Ryan Cornille and the team at BMW Murrieta have always take care of us. They always have a rental car ready for us and fix any issues with the BMW. The BMW warranty is the best, it's covered any issue we've had with the BMW the entire time we've owned it. BMW Murrieta is a great dealership with a great team of employees.

I called on short notice for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation/balance on my '14 328I. I was met in the service bay by several happy faces and Chad stepped up and checked me in. After confirming the service needed, Chad led me into the waiting area where coffee, tea and munchies were stocked just outside the show room and retail accessory sales area. When we first got on the lot an hour before closing, we were able to look around before being met by a sales person, which for us is wonderful. We told Frank a rough idea of what we were looking for and that we were just looking around, not sure on any vehicle. We test drove 2 vehicles and Frank was very useful in showing us on the test drive just how powerful the 328i was. We had a trade that was upside down, and he worked with us to get a higher trade in value for us. Just a great experience for us all around,

Dealerships are somewhat all the same, the difference is made by the individuals who work there. I rate the dealership's experience as being very average, but I rate Dave Townsend as OUTSTANDING. Dave Townsend is a professional, polite, helpful and conscientious salesman. He has customers skills second to NONE!!! I just purchased a $155,000 car from him, and I am certain I will buy more cars from this dealership as long as Dave is around. Thank you for your help Dave. Maurizio
