I recently took my vehicle into BMW of Murrieta to get serviced and I was taken care of by Victoria Guthery She is always very nice great attitude and on time with the return of my vehicle the service overall is great always a pleasure to visit the dealer all the staff their are very nice and friendly but ask for Victoria Guthery if you do take your car in for service. She's the best.
Outstanding! BMW of Murrieta has always exceeded my expectations when it comes to service/repair. It is never a good feeling to get a new car and have something go wrong, regardless of how small an issue it is. My service adviser was Hannah and she was awesome! She made the best out of a bad situation and always kept me up to date with email and calls while showing care, concern, and understanding.
I was extremely impressed with Ilene Garibay and the rest of BMW of Murrieta. They gave me a great deal on a BMW X5 and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would definitely purchase from them again.
Victoria Guthery is always so friendly and punctual. She is excellent with following up to be certain I had no questions regarding the service of my vehicle.
Chad Ludwig was a pleasure to work with at BMW of Murietta. Between him and his team (Trevor &Robert), they were able to mend the ongoing brake issue I had on my BMW F10 M5 - and I could not be happier wth their professional customer service and quality of work. the best service especially from advisor chad ludwig who goes beyond the norm. I brought my vehicle for a tire repair with no appt. He said the tire was in stock and he said I was also due for a service and that he would do both while I waited..Very convenient and car was ready within an hour...
