I would rate my experience a 10/10! Dave Townsend was awesome, we emailed for 3 days, he located the car with all the specks I wanted. Straight forward transaction, I did not have to haggle or go back and forth. I drove down, he had the car parked out front ready for me to drive off, he took the time to go over everything my new car has to offer and how it functions. I spent about 14 months looking for a car, I visited numerous lots and talked to many car salesmen. most were as I know them to be, some were professional, maybe 30%. when I met Dave Townsend though, it was very hard to not appreciate his knowledge and his professional and kind demeanor.
