Service Staff is always friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to "make it right" if there are any unexpected changes in service needs. Paying top dollar for a car is not about the car itself…it is the ability to take advantage and enjoy the caliber of people that the car represents. We own a dodge durango (out of family needs) that recently needed service and needless to say we are glad we own a BMW.

We stopped by to see the used vehicles after the dealership was closed. Peter Albert was on his way out and took the time to help us. We returned the next and received service second to none. We love our 328i.

Very professional and friendly. Made sure I was happy and comfortable while I waited RED CARPET SERVICE. Took care of maintenance issue and reviewed care for anything else on the computer. Followed up after service to make sure I was satisfied.

By far the friendliest dealership I have done business with. They are courteous, clean and eager to help. I have no hesitation going back for any type of business or service or even just to stop in a say hello. I feel like they are our new friends. The staff went out of their way to answer any questions we had and continually invite us back for follow up and review of operational systems within the car.
