Ok first no one goes to a BMW dealer looking for a Ford, (I Did) I found what I was looking for at a better price then I expected. The entire staff was very helpful, starting with Carl who responded within in minutes of my inquiry, to Hannah who followed me home with my new car as I did not do a trade in, the process was fast, I mean very fast 2 1/2 hours start to finish.. and Marlin was a no pressure finance manager, I have never bought the extended warranty on any car I have bought, this time I did it just made sense this ... read more

I would highly recommend this dealership and their internet salesperson, Carl Burt. He was a gentlemen from the start of the transaction to our purchase of a 5 series BMW. The best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle, ever. I was able to find the exact model I had been considering at a price far lower than I could have expected. After spending considerable time looking at inventories from many other BMW dealers in the area, I called and spoke with Carl Burt, the Internet advisor for BMW of Murrieta. Carl was an Outstanding Salesman. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and not pressuring us of anything. He was very straightforward with what we're dealing with. It was a pleasure buying a car with BMW Murietta.

I found the sales staff, Carl in particular to be very knowledgeable and courteous. I didn't feel pressured in any way. I felt comfortable with the whole experience.

Took our 2008 X3 in for service. We were thinking about gettibg a 2011 X3. While at the dealership, we met salesperson Joe Gonzalez. We told Joe abour our search for a used X3. Joe showed us a couple of used X3s and a new X3. Joe's sales approach was pleasant, not pushy, and generally spoke to us in a calm manner. Well, next thing we knew we were buying a new 2014 X3. My wife purchased a 2012 BMW X5 and the service light came on recently. She contacted the dealership where the car was purchased to coordinate having the car picked up for service on a flat bed. The service was offered as part of the dealerships' customer service when the car was purchased. To her surprise, she was told that the car could be picked up on May 16, 2013, a date that was over a month away. Service excellent. Sales not so good: Sales personnel seem not so interested or perhaps not as experienced in dealing with me and my way of preparing with a "Build Your Own" to open the negotiation. I also have access to Kelly Blue Book data showing MSRP, Dealers Invoice, and an estimate of the value of my current 2008, 31,000 mile well cared for BMW coupe. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant at BMW of Murrieta. I had just gotten into an accident that totaled my car and needed to get a new vehicle. I had met Bryan Preston before at 4th of July and he had told me about how great the dealership was. Bryan went out of his way to help me out once I was there and made sure that I was taken care of.
