I have been thinking about trading in my 2009 Nissan Murano ever since I found out my employer was relocating our operations, 53 miles away from my home. I Absolutely would recommend this dealership over any other BMW location. Best customer services I have had by far. I have been shopping around for the last 7 months and never could find the right dealer to help me purchase my vehicle. Carl Burt was extremely helpful; great price, great model and great customer service.
I recently purchased a 2014 BMW 435 convertible and I would have to say my buying experience was great. I would recommend the dealership and Dave for making a sales purchase.

I went to BMW of Murrieta last weekend after church with my six-year-old daughter since it was up the street and such a nice sunny day to take a short walk. In the market for a new BMW, then this is as good as it gets. I do not understand all the bad reviews on yelp, but from what I can see is that most of them seem to be for the service department, which I cannot speak to having never had my car serviced here. Moreover, it is not something that bothers me seeing as I can have my new BMW 320i serviced at any BMW I wish which is super convenient cause I live quite a ways from this dealership in the south bay.
