Buying experience My sales consultant (Chris Blazer) was patient, knowledgeable and not pushy. He worked with me to help me find the best fit for my needs and made the process less painful than typical car buying/leasing experience.

Phenomenal Sales Experience !!! Previous BMW of Devon customers, always treated well, personal service is A . Prompt response to communications (email, phone). Best deal !!! Sales Staff are perfectionist, not letting the car out the door until they are each satisfied. Always ensure the vehicle is ready to go. Most recent purchase, wife picked up car, and immediately drove 800 miles to our new home in Illinois !!! Sales Staff checked-up on her to make sure she had a safe drive home.

Easy process, knowledgeable staff. Brad made the experience worthwhile and valuable for us both. It's simple .. people buy from people. The dealership wins because of the relationship that he and I formed. The trust, honesty and comradery is what I value. Oh and the young man in the back area near the M section of the dealership is a walking encyclopedia of BMW features. Wow'd me with his enthusiasm and skill set.
