excellent fast servce SA saw me right away to explain process of getting an estimate of work needed, got a loaner car that day so went ahead and got maintenance and repair work done.

Oustanding service. Rich Hudak -- Outstanding Service Manager. He is always present. He knows what is going on throughout the service department. He has the highest standards for quality of all aspects of service. Bill -- Excellent Service Advisor. This was the first time Bill helped me. Jackie -- Covered for Bill when he was off (my car needed ~2.5 days of service). She, too, is an excellent Service Advisor. Intake people in the service bay -- They always have a welcoming smile and know how to help. They, too, are excellent

I love DEVON BWM I always have a great experience with DEVON BMW. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The amenities are great for when you choose to wait for your car to get serviced.

BMW 435i xdrive service I was very impressed with the entire check in experience. I was particularly please with your procedure to photograph all side of the car when received. This will surely cut down difficult/impossible to defend claims of auto damage while in your care, custody and control. Nice idea!

Superior Service Devon BMW Great customer experience! I was traveling from North Carolina to purchase the X4 of my dreams and Greg made it a great experience. It was very smooth and an easy transaction. Lisa was awesome and very pleasant with processing the financial paperwork.
