Excellent Service All of the sales persons that I encountered were friendly and courteous. My salesman, Andrew Krier, was awesome! I drove 5 hrs from Hampton, VA for this car and he made sure that everything was good to go when I arrived making it a smooth process.

New BMW Purchase Review I likeed working with Andrew, I gave him the specifics on the new X3 & he dug deeply & found the exact car in the shipment category. I have previously gone to my former dealer, Union Park, & they couldn't get to my acceptable number or locate the exact car in which I was interested. They were more interested in selling me the car on the showroom floor.

Great Service Jeff being understanding of what the issue was and the timing of when my warranty expired. Liked that fact that I did not have to even bring up the point that car hit 50,000 miles and the issue came up.

Very Satisfied Customer for Years I have been a long time service customer and buyer of BMW of Devon. I have worked with Jeff Martin and really appreciate his advice and focus on customer service. To me, it is about the people I meet at the dealership that are most important. I live closer to Ottos but have chosen to stay with the Devon dealership due to personnel.
