Geoff Isringhausen and his staff are by far the most competent, most efficient, most friendly, most customer-oriented car dealership I have ever set foot in and had the absolutely pleasure to work with. No, I didn't even buy my MB from them but they went out of their way to take care of my car issue and did it will such ease and professionalism I can't stop gushing over it. Run as fast as you to this dealer if you want to buy or have Service work done on your car. I did not buy my MB there and they couldn’t have been more welcoming,more thorough, more efficient and just plain impressive as a car dealership. I spoke with the owner and every single person in that dealership knows how to deliver excellent customer service. This dealer is the model to be held up for all car dealerships on how to run an efficient and great organization.A+++++++. I will be back!

Live in Charlotte, NC. Purchased S63 coupe over the phone with pictures and specs provided via email. Isringhausen arranged for delivery of the vehicle and the car was as described, Easy process, highly recommend Luke, Mike and their team.

Mike Carver helped us assess if a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes would be worth traveling to purchase. I found his conversations about the quality and features of their vehicle accurate, the negotiations fair, before traveling to be positive. I found Mike to be straight forward in discussing numbers and his responses to be timely. I would recommend him to a friend and family making a car purchase.

We had a great experience 2.5 years ago when we dropped in at Isringhausen and met Mike Carver. He was exceptionally professional as we test drove numerous vehicles before eventually deciding on our Porsche Cayenne. Based on that relationship and the wonderful loaner service, we returned to add a fun vehicle. Mike (and Jon!) offered many excellent choices and the BMW M6 fit the bill. We couldn't be happier. We just traded our 2013 XC60 tonight on a 2018 XC60. Scott Sables worked so diligently and helped us get the best deal.
