I have been a customer of Isringhousen since the mid 90's and that is a long time. The service is exceptional and the sales staff are very knowledgable and helpful.
This is the third high performance car I have purchased from Isringhausen. All three times I worked with Dave Heimlich. At times I had questions where others at Isringhuasen jumped in when Dave was busy and all were very helpful. The focus is the customer. In the course of a transaction you might deal with ownership, another sales person, no matter who it is they work as a team with no egos.
I recently bought a 2009 MB SL500 from Isringhausen. I live near St. Louis and visited dealers in St. Louis but eventually bought from Isringhausen. I got the automobile I was seeking. I got a good deal on the purchase and trade-in. And they satisfied all of the requirements I had for the purchase. Every member of the staff that I spoke with was friendly and helpful.
I gave them a last minute call before heading off the the suburbs to purchase my 2013 C300. I was on the phone with Mike Carver and he was very pleasant and professional. All he asked for was a chance to earn my business and I agreed over the phone to do so. Within an hour, he had details and a great price for my trade-in.
