I typically do not write reviews, but I felt like I needed to after the phenomenal service I received by Mike Carver, we were in a search for a 2017GLS450 and I went to many dealers but only Mike Carver delivered and when I mean delivered he literally found the perfect car for my family.
Isringhausen has great inventory and depth of product knowledge. We have purchsed two vehicles from Isringhausen, both times working with Mike Plohr. They honor their commitments.
I recently purchased a new BMW 428i convertible from Kent Hill . I have lived in Springfield for over 40 years but this is the first time I made a car purchase here. My wife and I deal with Kent Hill-his professionalism is apparent from the start. I have purchased 4 automobiles from Isringhausen and will probably buy others in the future. I never have to be concerned that I have not received the best treatment that I can get. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Kent Hill or Isringhausen Imports to anyone.
Kent Hill assisted me with my purchase .He was professional in all respects.He was patient with my questions and cocerns.The finance officer was also great to deal with.
