I drove from STL to there dealer (2hrs) and was blown away. Worked with Mike Plohr and you can not ask for a more honest sales guy. Looked at 2 differentf BMW's and instead of trying to up sale to a different car, he showed me the car I was looking at in the beginning was the better buy. When it came down to the painful part of paperwork, I have to say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Isringhausen Imports has a customer for life!

This is my 6th purchase from Isringhausen! It's all due to the family atmosphere, you encounter, that rises above and beyond simply selling cars. Brian Mitchell, our sales advisor, does more than handle the sale. He is passionate about what your interest are and listens to deliver more than you can imagine. The collaboration of "Team Isringhausen" says a lot! I've not lived in the area close to 10 years. Our first experience in 2004 was so positive, that we keep going back! "Simply THE BEST!"

The salesman, Mike Carver, was very pleasant, courteous, and, most of all, not pushy. I am very satisfied with my SUV. In fact, this is the first time that I have ever purchased an SUV. I am very impressed with how far the entire dealership goes to make sure that I am satisfied with the purchase as well as the service of my vehicle.

My entire experience buying my Volvo XC60 was perfect. I found the vehicle I wanted on Isringhausen's website, then contacted Brian. Brian was very respectful of my schedule and my time.
