We just had our Volvo repaired at Isringhausen. This was our first repair experience, and of course we were interested to see how it would go. It was great! The issue with the car was diagnosed and a part had to be ordered. It arrived as predicted and we were given a loaner to drive overnight while the repair was made - we live more than 60 miles from the dealer. I brought my car in for alignment in the Benz service department on 5/4/2015. Thanks to Carl the service and parts manager who went out his way to make my day. Also to Joe the service adviser who took his time to personally to test drove with me to determine why an alignment is needed. This two gentlemen are really the best.
I recently purchased a 2013 Porsche Cayenne S from this dealer and my experience was excellent. The salesman Kent Hill was very knowledgable of the vehicle. The negotiation process was good and I felt fair based on my review of their vehicle and mine. I would certainly recommend this dealer and would buy from them again.
