We bought a BMW 128i convertible pre-owned via internet. We found the car on the BMW USA website in the pre-owned certified section. I ordered a new 2011 BMW X3 28 xDrive from Dave Walter BMW. We have many different options when it comes to BMW dealers in the Akron/Cleveland area. Dave Walter BMW is a very customer oriented store. All employees from the client advisors to the management team is very client oriented. The whole atmosphere seems to be structured around the client. Dave Walters and Robert Strecker in particular were excellent to work with. If you are looking for a new BMW, I strongly recommend Dave Walters BMW. There were extenuating circumstances surrounding my purchase. That did not preclude Bob Strecker from supporting me all the way through my purchase.

I appreciated that they accommodated my late working hours and remained open until I arrived for the car delivery. The team that delivered the car was outstanding. Everyone was very nice. The car was cleaned up and delivered so that it felt like a brand new automobile.

I purchased my second vehicle through Bob Strecker since he is very professional and I value his judgement and honesty. I have been very pleased with the X5 and now my daughter is enjoying her 325i. Both vehicles sell themselves after having owned them. I will eventually swap out my wife's MB E500 for a BMW as I believe the BMW is a more reliable and better performing vehicle all around. The experience with Erik and Brooks at Dave Walter BMW was the best car buying experience I've had, and it's one that will make me go back to buy my next BMW. The staff from the first phone call to the last signature was professional, friendly, knowledgable and more than willing go out of their way to make my time with them well spent and second to none. I have nothing but extremely positive remarks about this dealership and specifically about two individuals that work there, namely Joshua Deluco (Sales) and Erik Parkinson (Finance Manager).
