Bought a used 328xi from Dave Walters, the saleman (Ron Wesley) was extremely knowledgable with all aspects of the car. I felt no pressure to buy the car at any time during the sales process. The used car manager (Hans) was more than helpful when it came time to close the deal. We were offered a "fair" amount for our trade as well. Bob Strecker was the sales person I was dealing with. He is a delight to deal with and Erik Parkinson put the deal together on their financial end (great guy). I bought a CPO 2009 335i X-Drive coupe with 6,111 miles and it’s almost impossible to tell that it’s used if one doesn’t glance at the odometer. As far as delivery and financing, they went above and beyond in doing what they need to do to make this transaction as smooth as possible. Great working with Erik, Hans, Bob and Josh - very personable, no pressure, and I got a great car. Their pricing was at least $1000 less than comparable models from Ganley, Classic or Solon BMW, and their selection was definitely worth the drive down from Cleveland. Thanks again.

At Dave Walter BMW, they've taken the Achilles heal of their industry and they've eliminated it. That heal was lack of trustworthiness. Dave Walter BMW has trustworthiness in spades. My experiences in buying/leasing three new/used cars during the past seven months have been positive. The personnel at Dave Walter are professionals. I've leased five cars from this dealership and have had a great experience each time. The service department is second to none. From start to finish the process is exceptional - that's really unique to most people's car buying experience.

The dealership is clean and beautiful. Absolutely everyone we met there was friendly, welcoming, and interested in helping us. Our salesman, David Theado, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. We bought a Mini Cooper, and David was even more informative about the vehicle than the salesperson we had been working with at a Mini dealership. Dear Sir, I went to visit the Dave Walter BMW dealership in Dec 2010, to check out the X5 model and if there was any end-of-year specials. I had never been to this dealership before. To my amazement as soon as we walked(my mom was with me) in we were warmly greeted by Mr. Siddiqui who kindly introduced himself to us and requested from Mr Delluco to show us the cars.
