The whole process was super enjoyable (as always, this was my second purchase/lease), and people like Bob, Shujaat and Frank are a pleasure to be around, do business with and much more. They have been fantastic. The level of professionalism, knowledge and customer care are second to none. There's only one car dealership and team that I can trust and rely on, and that's Dave Walter's BMW and its outstanding team.
If you had told me that one day I would purchase a vehicle without seeing it, without test driving it, and that I would transfer close to $40K to some guys that I've never seen, I would have answered you "nuts !". But this is what I have done & without regrets. I worked with Mr McClister & it was a pleasure: he instills trust & the Out of State sales process becomes suddenly very smooth. Reply to emails are almost instantaneous incl. from General Manager Mr. Steffen. Overall a very good experience.

Excellent experience. Bob Strecker was extremely responsive and made the transaction as easy as possiable. I drove from Columbus which has two BMW dealerships to work with Bob. The car was ready on time and all parts of the sale and financing went as expected and it was a easy and quick process. I will work with Bob on my next car.
Bob knew cars and was willing to work with us on a trade-in of a '92 GMC Typhoon. The management seemed appreciative of our business and treated us as a valuable customer. If price rating was a 5 then your salesman wouldn't be doing his job. I selected the 335i for it's performance compared with similiar vehicles. Time will tell if the car maintains is value.
This was my first experience with the Dave Walter BMW dealership. If you like going first-class then you should give the people at Dave Walter BMW an opportunity. Hassle free sales process. Great follow-up even after sale completed. Highly recommended. I have a dealership closer to home but I've been to Dave Walter for my second bimmer -- the experience was like night and day. The service department is efficient and you can expect promtl responses to all phone calls and questions.
