"Slow and nonchalant" Ok I do not write many reviews but I am inclined to take a few minutes to let people know about my experience. I was looking and test drove a used car that was priced around 15,000. Drive went well and told them it had a few noticeable issues and said I would buy it if they fixed them. Well after over 24 hours I get a call stating they aligned the car and a rim was bent and it would be there the next day. "Service Good, Rebate offer a sham" My service was good. However, I immediately submitted receipts for a rebate offer, followed up several times where they answered quickly, saying my rebate will be mailed soon, but it never came. Now, they say the rebate offer is expired. I feel like it was a sham all along and now do not trust the service they provided in general.

"Horrible service!" Just routine service for our car. We make an appointment for 9a on a Saturday morning. One lone dude writing up service orders! He is trying to be friendly but.... good grief the managers here need to schedule better! "I felt like I was intruding the moment I walked in -" I took time off work to go to the dealership to look at 2017 BMW. From step one, I was kept waiting and waiting. "No Customer Service After the Sale" I purchased a BMW here 3 months ago and had issues with the title transfer to a different state. As a result, I had to call the dealership for more information, but no one will return my calls.

Since buying from this dealership a few years ago, I have continued to maintain a good relationship with them due to the high level of customer service I am always shown. What went right: 1). Got the car I wanted What went wrong: 1). Sales rep did not hold up to their end of the bargain- He promised a certain amount for my trade and promised a certain amount off the top of the car I was purchasing. Neither happened. 2). I recently leased a 2016 BMW X1 from Dave Walter BMW (love the car), the deal was handled by Shujaat Siddiqui and Michelle Laughman. I also had a 2013 VW Tiguan that was at lease end, Shujaat told me he could take in the VW, as they also have a VW dealership, and he would take care of the $350 disposition fee. The VW was driven to the VW dealership by Shujaat, inspected for an hour and I was told eveyrthing was fine. 30 days later I get a $900 bill from VW for the disposition fee and excess wear & tear. I apologize that we were not able to come to an agreement. We unfortunately do not pay for the disposition fee or any excess wear & tear for the lease returns for VW or other makes. The lease inspection was performed by a 3rd party that VW hires and has no affiliation with the dealership. You can verify the lease end process by calling the 800 number on the bill from VW. We apologize again for the inconvenience.
