David was very helpful and patient. I had contacted him early in the spring with a specific model, year, and certain options. He did not have anything that fit that description in the used car inventory, but kept in contact with me letting me know he was still on the look out for my car, until he found what I was looking for. I had an excellent experience. Bob McClister and Shujaat did a great job in advising me on all aspects of the purchase and trade-in. Bob was very prepared for my visits and had the car ready to go. His communication with me via email was superb, and kept me apprised of all the developments regarding to my purchase. He also followed up with me during the first week after the purchase to assure that things were going well. He and the entire staff were very professional.

While looking for a certified preowned BMW, I stopped at another local dealership and attempted to purchase a car there. After finding a car just as it arrived and leaving a few messages, I never received a response in over a month so I started searching for a car myself. I recently bought a car over the phone and internet from Dave Walter BMW. The dealership was easy to deal with, gave me a fair price on the car that I bought, and did everything that they said they would do. I would buy a car again from Dave Walter and would recommend them to other BMW buyers.

Simon Brooker is the BEST! We have been kicking tires, so to speak; looking for just the right pre-owned BMW. We also worked with Robert Strecker over the past few months, and when we stopped to kick a few more tires Robert was busy with another customer, so they gave me another sales person, Simon Brooker. Bob was the best sales person I have worked with in many years. Very knowledgeable about the BMW line. His follow-up is great. All Dave Walter employees that I dealt with were courteous and genuinely interested in ensuring that my wife and I were happy with our buying experience. Permitting me to bring the car home for a night helped to make my decision to buy the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Bob and Dave Walter BMW to my friends.

I really enjoyed my experience of purchasing a vehicle from Dave Walter BMW. I choose to work with them because it was obvious from my first phone conversation with Eric Eisenhart that he was the kind of salesperson I wanted to work with. We Started this purchase over the internet. When we arrived, Ron had everything ready, the car in perfect condition and all the paper work in order and completed. Ron walked us through all aspects of the purchase agreement, warranty, service, & BMW Assist. After the sale was completed, he then covered all operation aspects of the car and answered all our questions. In all, it was the best car buying experience we have had.
