I did much research online before ending up at Dave Walter BMW. I dealt with salesman Jim Mitchell. He was great. He promptly answered all of my emails prior to my visit to the dealership.His professionalism, honesty, & sincerity in dealing with him online is what made me decide to drive 2.5 hours to that dealership. My husband and I went to Dave Walter looking at certified pre-owned 3-series. Simon Brooker assisted us with what was available. Very professional service and staff. I just took delivery of a brand new 2011 535I that was special order sight unseen. The car was delivered in perfect condition. Prior to this purchase I refered my parents and several personal friends and business associates who have purchased vehicles. This was a fantastic experience. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle from outside of the country for delivery on my return to the US. Simon was exceptionally helpful and informative. Jeremy Wyatt from Earth Movers was incredibly helpful as well. Dave Walter was my first stop when looking at my recent car purchase. I decided to compare the 335i with other brands. I met Ron Wesley and he introduced me to the BMW lineup. I visited Dave Walter BMW on 27 Feb 10 to test drive 2 specific vehicles that were in stock. I was treated graciously and made to feel welcome. I test drove a 2009 328i w/manual trans w/Premium, Sport, Cold Weather and iDrive. The dealer made a special effort to get the car out of the heavy snow we received the night before so I could drive the vehicle. I have had experience with this dealership when I had a late model BMW for repair/service and when I purchased a new 3 series.
