As a woman, car dealerships usually make my skin crawl. However, every part of my experience with Dave Walter has been a positive one, and that is thanks entirely to the people there. Frank is energetic and welcoming, and Bob is patient, direct, and professional. In addition, Josh and Brandon in the service department are helpful and pleasant. I will happily recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues, and when it comes time for me to purchase a different vehicle, I will be back.

I was brought to Dave Walters BMW after I had a horrible experience at a competing dealership. Our experience from the moment my wife and I were greeted at the door until we drove from the site with our vehicle was superb. They made you feel like a customer and not a sales number. I am a returning customer to Dave Walter BMW. Purchased a 2009 750i in January 2010. The service was excellent, Eric Eisenhart is an excellent Client Advisor to work with! The car is wonderful. I was concerned about the handling of the vehicle in the snow but with the proper tires the car handles well. All-wheel drive is not necessary.

First BMW and first time at Dave Walter BMW, and it was a great experience, all of the people we worked with where very good. Our salesmen was extremely knowledgeable and very service oriented. After purchasing many cars this was the best experience we have had.

This is my third BMW I have purchased from Mr. Steffen and his staff. I have always been treated as if this were my first car. They take the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and ownership benefits in great detail beyond the initial sale. James spent an hour after closing to make sure I could master the nuances of the newer model features and Frank followed up immediately by email and phone call the next day. I have been driving BMWs for about 18 years and this was by far the most pleasant experience yet from start to finish. Frank and his staff communicated well, resulting in no time-wasting and a quick and easy delivery process of a superior product. Based on my recent transaction I would definitely recommend Frank and the team at Dave Walter BMW in Akron-the drive from Cleveland is not such a big deal considering the service that's waiting for customers at the other end.

When a friend of mine found out that I was looking to purchase a car from Cain BMW he quickly recommended that I go speak to the sales staff at Dave Walter. The day prior to purchasing a vehicle at Cain, I stopped at Dave Walter to see if there was anything I was interested in. I brought my BMW to Dave Walter BMW on Saturday, September 26, 2009 for its first scheduled service since I purchased my vehicle. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable when answering my questions. My first service appointment was a very enjoyable experience and surpassed my expectations.
