May be the best experience I have had at a dealership. I found this vehicle on Cars.com. I worked with Eric through emails to finalize the paperwork which couldn't have been easier. I chose to fly to Akron to purchase the car and drive it home (back to Wisconsin). Scott was there waiting for me as soon as I got off the plane. He took me to the dealership where I saw my car. On October 11, 2010, I brought my BMW in for winter servicing. I was greeted in the service area by a gentleman taking my car key and welcoming me with a friendly smile. (This gentleman previously drove me to and from work when my car needed service on a workday.) I have been a BMW fan for many years. I found Dave Walter BMW by luck looking for a vehicle for my wife in 2008. As a remote buyer (700 miles) David and the dealership went out of its way to assure everything was taken care of. I landed in Cleavland and was brought to the dealership where my X5 was ready to go. It was a very smooth trouble free experience. Thanks to Dave and all the others.

I had a fabulous experience with Eric Eisenhart at this dealership. I was originally skeptical about buying a car "over the internet"--I am in New Orleans and saw the car I wanted online. Eric allayed my concerns by being responsive and forthright.
Bob was exceptional to work with. Responsive, helpful, paid attention to details, and delivered on all promises. I bought a bmw645 convertible from 1000 miles away, and the car far exceeded my expectations. I'd work with him again in a minute, highly recommend his services.
Bob Strecker was very courteous, pro-active, and well prepared. He went over the whole car a couple of times, just to make sure that he addresses any questions I might have about it. He followed up very promptly on the financial arrangements, so that I got a better deal than my own bank had offered.
