Great experience, no hassle sales team, service department proactively manages expectations. I live in Cleveland but continue to drive to Akron to buy my vehicles from Dave Walter because of the team of employees assembled there. First-rate dealership. I recommend them to all of my friends, colleagues, and family.
I've known Frank since he was at BMW Cleveland. Frank is a great guy and his team is very professional and fair. Frank brings a passion and energy to the dealership and is by far the most thoughtful manager I've seen. He had Robert contact me regarding my expiring lease. BMW had a pull-ahead program incentive and he knew I qualified. I had a lease that I was close to being over miles on and Frank's team put me in a good situation with a good car value. I dealt with almost all BMW dealerships in cleveland, Ganley the worst, to Bmw Cleveland which were nice but overpriced, and finally I went to Dave Walter BMW in Akron last year and i got my wife a new 5 series then when it was time for me to get a new car, I got an M6. we were treated with respect, the sales rep were very helpful and professional but the best man by far was the manager Frank Steffen. he worked hard to earn our business. we got treated so well that since then i refered multiple friends to buy a car from him.... read more
This dealership has really redeemed itself. My previous post showed a lot of dissapointment the Service Department. Repairs from the last visit have been good. I received a nice loaner BMW X3 Sport while a backordered part was installed. A recent trip won my affection again at Dave Walter BMW. Had a wonderful conversation with a salesman while my car was being serviced. Josh was as always, a pleasure to work with. (can't say that about Patty still)
Had my 2002 530 in for a problem that two other local dealers could not repair, Keith had Jim diagnoise the problem in less than one hour and the car has been great eversense. I will become a steady customer at Dave Walter and will buy my next BMW there. Also the new building is Great!!!
This is my local dealership. They have been exceptional in service and support throughout my experience. They worked well during the purchase process and each time I come in they are very helpful. All service is done promptly and is done well. I never have to worry about bringing my car into this dealership for service. I always know that everything will be taken care of when I bring it in. Great dealership run by great people.

"all about the money" I called this dealership to inquire about a used vehicle and ultimately offer them a price that I was willing to pay and they countered my price with a higher price than they originally had advertised and denied their advertised price which I sent to them via a screenshot, then got no response. later on that day looked and the price was raised on all websites they are advertising the car. I would be very careful when dealing with this dealership if dealing with them at all which I would recommend you do... read more
