I have been dealing with Roxanne Roch Rigo now for over six years for my new car needs, following her from BMW of Alexandria to BMW of Rockville. I have never dealt with a sales person who took such a personal interest in me and my needs in a new car. Roxanne has unerringly recommended the right car for me each time and delivered it with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about her and wish that all people buying new cars could deal with her so they could understand the meaning of the words customer service!
Roxanne was spectacularly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, a huge upgrade from a previous dealership I had worked with (another BMW dealership). I feel very good about my purchase, I was educated throughout the whole process and she has continued to follow up. Her and the finance department (Ken) made the entire process easy and pleasant.
The salesman I worked with at BMW of Rockville, Marty Krist, went above and beyond the norm in not only putting together the deal but also helping with color selection, explaining the car's features and following up weeks after delivery of the car. While I have never liked the car buying process, our experience with BMW of Rockville dealership was a pleasant surprise. Our homework had already been done so I knew what I wanted to buy. Therefore, my interest was focused on working with friendly, knowledgable people and getting to a "deal." I visited two other dealership before going to this dealer. My experience started via numerous internet only inquiries. Caprice was always responsive, even at ridiculous hours of the day. I was very happy with her answers, professionalism and all around work. She is very upbeat with a can do attitude. Their is nothing I asked, that she did not confidently answer and put my suspicions with dealerships to an ease.
