Brandon was courteous and friendly throughout the process. I went in to see a loaner vehicle that was listed for sale, but it was already sold when I arrived. Brandon walked me through my options, and I ended up ordering a new 5-series directly from the factory. He kept me up-to-date on my vehicle's process, and was always available when I had a question.

I am recovering from back surgery at the same time my car was due in for service. Recuperation from the surgery meant that I was unable to drive my automobile. Zaheer Rangwalla, my customer advisor, went above and beyond the call of duty by coming to my house, picking up the car and driving it to the service center. My salesperson was Roxanne Roch and she was the most knowledgable person I have ever worked with when purchasing a new car. Very friendly and not pushy in trying to make a sale. She let you do as you please, and take your time in deciding on the make and model I was going to purchase.
