My experience at BMW Rockville was superb! Brandon was very friendly, knowledgeable, and just an all-star salesman. He gave me exactly what I wanted and was super efficient. It took only four hours to test drive, trade in, and drive away with my new 4 xcoupe! Thanks BMW Rockville and Brandon!

I traveled across the country from California to buy a pre-owned BMW from BMW of Rockville because I could not find the combination of model year, exterior/interior colors, and option packages I wanted on the west coast, and they had the exact car I was looking for. Brandon Kim did a great job. He was very knowlegeable and of his product line and was very respectful of my time. I had been considering other brands and had test driven another car the same day I visited Rockville BMW. The comparison was night and day. Rockville BMW was completely professional across the board. Many thanks to Brandon Kim at Rockville BMW for guiding me through the process of a lease trade-in. I had 5 months left on my Mercedes SLK250 and needed a larger car. I had always wanted to try a BMW and new 428i hardtop convertible seemed like a perfect choice. I'm writing this review for my parents, who were assisted by Roxanne Roch and Mike Zheng in the lease of a 2014 BMW X3 a month ago. Like most people, I dread the topic of car buying, and even more when the dealer knows that s/he has a committed customer who is very interested in the car. I have to say that the experience I had at BMW of Rockville was for superior to anything I have experienced in the past when buying a car. The dealer was low hassle and very fair on price. My sales advisor, Brandon Kim, was knowledgeable and treated me extremely well. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to ensure that I was happy and felt like a valued customer. I cannot recommend Brandon or the dealership enough. If you are in the market for a BMW no other dealership or sales advisor even comes close.

Let me start off by saying that i hate the car buying experience. Roxanne Roch changed my attitude when it comes to the experience, She made it smooth and effortless.
