Well, I serviced my BMW Z4 at BMW of Rockville, and while they worked in my vehicle they offered me one of their loan cars. I've been in other BMW dealerships to service my cars and usually to get a loaner you must have an appointment, so I was greatly surprised because I was a walk-in customer ready to spend at least half of my day at the dealership. 3 years ago when my wife and I purchased our brand new 2011 535xi. Roxanne was upfront and straight forward. She had helped us throughout the process with no strings attached. It was a tremendous experience 3 ago and guess what? We walked in the dealership 3 days ago and asked for roxanne, when she saw us? Roxanne was awesome!! I did my purchase by phone and e-mail and she did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the entire process. By the time I came to pick up the vehicle I felt like I knew her personally even though we hadn't met previously. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was ready to go and the paperwork process was seamless.
