Super expensive but their service is phenomenal I set an appointment for recall and it took about 2-3 hours I didn’t have transportation back home so they called me a Lyft and a Lyft to pick me up from home to drop me back at bmw shop to pick my car when it was ready it was great fast and easy I would definitely recommend I love the way they treat costumers

Clean and professional operation doing their best at a busy time. Repair estimate came with a video of problem Was able to get a loaner car, not immediately, but then some came in and was available to me The repair was finished a few days earlier than anticipated originally And my car was fixed and had bee.n cleaned and vacuumed. Then Will gave me a discount on the original estimated cost at pick up time which was great because it was costly

I scheduled the appointment online. When I arrived at the dealer, there was no record of the appointment. Eric, the service advisor, placed us on the schedule anyway for that day’s work. He was very professional and thorough. The video walk around from the technician was a nice feature. Upon arrival at the dealer to pick up the car, it took over a half hour to check out.
