Administrative and management in the service department are professionals. They answer your questions in lay terms and present the best solutions for the customers. I always get them to check for problems and listen to their approach to solutions.
BMW of Rockville is part of Auto Nation (AN) so I service my Subaru Outback there. I had another great experience, this time with Jose Miranda. It took a little while before I was fully checked in, but they were quite efficient after that., They also offered to wash my car, which is part of the AN service package. One improvement would be if they could connect with AN to know what kindl of service is needed for my Subaru at various mileage levels, and not just do an oil change.
The sales and finance team at this location was friendly and responsive. They have been responsive and easy to get in touch with post-sale. Overall very good experience!

I took my BMW in for servicing and the entire process was excellent from beginning to end. Making the appointment was easy and I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived. My service advisor, Ali Souley, knew the service my car needed, described the work that would be done and listened for any additional questions I had. My car was returned to me on schedule washed and vacuumed. Thank you!

From my experience 1) amenities are good, i. e. seating, coffee/water 2) my service person must have forgotten I was there; I had to go to the counter to find him when I was there for updates on my car`s status. Other customer service providers came out to see their customers for updates. He did provide an Uber car. This problem with my vehicle is still not resolved and is at a very expensive price.
