I am a Black 21 yo full-time college student and I work full-time, so I commute quite a bit throughout the week, on average about 200 miles a day. recall work done expeditiously, but their price for parts is outrageous and over inflated. They recommended I get a new cabin air filter and engine air filter. Their price was $67 and $78 respectively. These items from genuine BMW parts dealers on the internet were charging $39 and $36, with a modest $9 shipping fee. Even if you figure in a slight premium for stocking and convenience, these prices are outrageous, and this is a chronic problem with this dealership.
