This is the only nearby BMW dealership. Service advisor aren’t that friendly. You can see all they care is getting as many car thru as they can. I had to keep calling all day to get an update to when my car will be ready, but it is almost impossible to get thru a live person. In this day and age, maybe texting update would be appropriate.

We had two accident hitting deer. We went to two dealers for the repairing: Catonsville and Rockville. We had very bad experience with Catonsville so decided to use Rockville one. The later is also recommended by our friend, Richard, who got excellent service in Rockville dealer. We are glad that we used Rockville one. They informed us the status whenever an update is available. They helped us to get the insurance covered. Lastly, the job is nicely done, our BMW X3 looks brand new now and they said the warranty is lifetime.
Jamie was great. She was bent over backwards to work with my schedule and help me explore all of my options.

Everyone is nice and helpful. I brought my car in one afternoon, saying keep it overnight and start servicing it tomorrow morning. Zach said he would start now and I could pick up tomorrow morning - and I did.
