Overall I would say this was an excellent dealership to purchase a vehicle. I found a very low mileage car that had all new tires, brakes and windshield. It was also priced better than any comparable vehicle within a few hundred miles. Simon answered phone on a Friday evening and we scheduled appointment for Saturday morning. Had the worst experience EVER! Beware when buying a used vehicle as if the sale doesn’t go as they plan they won’t answer your call, the manager was unprofessional and the finance staff didn’t help return my $10k deposit! Guess it’s time to lawyer up!
Booked an appointment online to test drive the i4 last Saturday. We lucked out and they had one on the lot. My wife ended up buying the i4 that day and Suvin worked with us to get us in the car.
