The porters used gloves, Joy kept me informed, work was done in a timely manner. Was a little surprised that car was not vacuumed but no big deal especially during this lockdown - just grateful it was picked up and returned. Nancy

I should start by saying that even though I live A LOT closer to other BMW locations, I wouldn't dare switch locations as I couldn't work with anyone else unless it's Roxanne Roch at BMW of Rockville. I had no plans to purchase a car, but when my 2014 BMW diesel’s drivetrain collapsed, I needed a pre-owned car in excellent condition to replace it. I bought a 2017 4-series Gran Coupe with Roxanne’s able assistance and am happy with the outcome.

"BMW purhases" Excellent all the way around. We purchased two BMWs--a 2020 X3 and a 2020 540XI. Everything happened as scheduled, Roxanne was our sale person and Nicholas handled the finance. All were most knowledgeable, no pressure. Strongly recommend this dealership, Roxanne and Nicholas in particular. Great BMW representatives. And, the cars are great!!!
