"My third and fourth BMWs with Roxanne" After a perfectly horrible experience with the a sales person from the dealership in 2015, we were fortune to met Roxanne. She helped us buy an X5 and a 4 Series at the time. We found her to be responsive, knowledgeable and effective. Most importantly, she was very respectful of our time. Fast forward to 2020. "Most recent experience was great. Mark Gaunt was my..." Most recent experience was great. Mark Gaunt was my service advisor. He was knowledgeable friendly and processed my vehicle quickly. He set me up with a loaner which I definitely needed and appreciated. I expected to get my vehicle back late in the day or have to wait until Monday as this was a Saturday drop off.
