Roxanne honestly explained the benefit to the dealership of conversion to a new lease vs. my purchasing my current leased car at the end of the lease. That made me more open to listening to the benefits to me of converting to a new lease -- which were quite a few. Her responsiveness and all round great customer service made the experience enjoyable.

Danny Goldin at Rockville BMW gave me a great overview of the features of my new I3. He was knowledgeable and courteous AND he answered every question I had regarding my new car.
I think one's experience at a dealership is very dependent on your Client Advisor. Have a friendly, fair, organized, and knowledgeable person and your experience would be excellent. This is what happened to me at Rockville. I have to say that delivery day was pretty easy. Paperwork was ready and the financial aspects of the lease were answered honestly. I couldn't come until the last appointment of the day, and finished checking out nearly at closing time, but I didn't feel rushed or hurried.
I have purchased cars from other local dealerships over the years, including Lexus, Acura, Volvo and Saab and none of these dealerships came anywhere close to the quality of customer service experience I had at BMW of Rockville. We all dread going into an dealership and getting the hard sell and then losing a day of our lives if we decide to pull the trigger on a purchase. I identified a pre-owned Audi S4 online that had been a trade at BMW of Rockville. Went to test drive the car, with two kids in tow, and was treated very professionally and fairly by Marshall Douglas. Negotiated a fair price, they had no problem letting me take the car to a local mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, and they knocked a bit off the price when the inspection found a few minor issues. No problems at all, even buying a competing Audi product from a BMW dealer. I would recommend this dealer to others.
