She got me into the service department the same day and made sure that my experience with Fields was perfect! She kept me informed all the way and recognized another problem through diagnostic testing and had both problems fixed. Definitely a fantastic job by Patti and the rest of the Fields service department!
"Able to get me in quickly " I called on a Saturday morning for a last minute service appointment and Pattie accommodated me right away, even providing a loaner car. I usually try to plan in advance but did not this time and I am thankful for her kindness and flexibility. The service is always excellent and I love this dealership.

"Exceptional customer service" I brought my BMW 2016 in for service (excellent) and drove home in 2019 BMW. Jenny Oliveri was my salesperson and Robert Dunn Sales Manager...Jenny was fantastic, very detailed with my options and got me the best deal with just a ‘tiny’ extra help from Sales Manager. "Good, for first time service on my car. " Well done, in a short time, about one hour. This was my first time here and he answered all my questions about my service contract.
"Exceptional Service" Had an issue with the tires on my BMW while on my way home from Jacksonville. Pulled in off I95 in Daytona and was totally impressed with Jason, my service advisor, as well as the entire facility and staff. Understood the problem I was having and took care of the issue in a timely fashion. Costs were reasonable, but the confidence instilled by having Fields BMW take care of my issue, made my return trip more comforting!
"Great service " The service department handled the service on my Bmw perfectly. I had no issues with the quality of service. They completed the work on time and the car was out front and ready to be picked up when I arrived back to the dealership.
