"Sales and Customer Service Excellence" We just purchased our sixth or seventh BMW from the Daytona Beach facility. The dealership excels at both their sales and service divisions. Our salesperson for years now has been Diane Karel. She has been a gem to work with always trying to find exactly what we're looking for and steering us wisely in our choices. "Recall" I went this time to the dealer because of a recall on both my X5 and 325CI, staff is very friendly and helpful especially Patty at the front desk, both cars had to stay for a few hours so I got to use a loaner, while at the dealer the X5 gar a starting issue which they took care of and at a very reasonable price, all I have to say is thank you Fields BMW of Daytona for your help and your great customer service,.
"Awesome service " From the time I arrived the service I received was fantastic. In and out and Patti is so wonderful. She is so professional and such a sweet lady. I really enjoy speaking with her and she treats me like family. I like when I call and she remembers me just by me saying my first name. She asks about my boys and it’s great. "Always Great Customer Sevice" BMW again set themselves apart with truly phenomenal customer service. This visit was smooth, everything completed prior to the promised time and the customer service representative was able to ensure my service warranty, although expired by two days, was honored. Honest, sincere customer service is hard to find now days, except for Fields BMW. Thank you!
