"Service 2017 X3" Excellent omelette, got in and out quickly even though I arrived early. I enjoyed viewing all the vehicles on the lot...great variety and a large selection.
"prompt and quick repair of issue" Upon returning to the Daytona area I heard a "pop" as I was accelerating onto the highway. The on board diagnostics indicated a drive train issue but I was able to drive to my residence. As it was Sunday and the service department was closed I used the online chat function on my phone to describe the issue to a BMW representative. "Uncomplicated experience" Jason and the team organized the break-in service on my new M2 very well. No drama and a ride back to my office while the service was being done.
"Service Department" Called with a concern about my car, Jason made time for me to bring the car in the next morning. Promptly got a ride to work, a full report on what the car needed and a ride back to the dealership to pick up a sparkling clean car. Fantastic experience exceeded expectations!

"Friendly and competent staff at all levels." Everyone at Fields is helpful and friendly. Although our service advisor is new to us, he was accommodating and thoughtful. We have been friends with Mr. DeCarlo for a number of years. He and his staff are the reason we keep returning to BMW. Our questions and concerns are always handled to our complete satisfaction. "Check up and service" I have had my cars serviced at Daytona dealership for many years. Tony was the service manager, now Jason set up service. Very professional, prompt, and service completed. I dropped car off on date previous to my appt for my convenience...everything made nice for me. Car was ready to go at appointed time...
