"Unforseen Car Repair ..NOT a Problem!!" A check engine light illuminated on my car and I brought it in for service on a Monday morning. We all believed that the problem would only require a change in O2 sensor, etc. Fields does a tremendous job of making ANY wait very comfortable with the great amenities available in the showroom. "Massage included! " Fantastic experience, easy check in, and soon as I sat in the lounge I was offered a chair massage which. Was great. Has some fresh squeezed OJ, then was given a ride to my work since it was going to take a bit longer than expected. The driver was cordial, and gave me his card which I called to get a ride back. My car was ready by 5pm fresh out of the car wash.
"Always feel soecial" When I go there , my car gets the attention that is needed . Never no more than is needed. And that’s why I happy to go there for service.
"Superb service" My service advisor, Jason is always helpful, as are all the service staff. My experiences have always been a pleasure. I have owned 3 BMWs, and still, have two of them.

"Amazing Customer Service" Amazing customer service! Not only was the team at Fields quick and efficient, but courteous and caring as well. They made sure my transportation was taken care of while my car was being fixed, they were very quick in getting the car fixed, and they even changed my oil while it was in the shop so that I wouldn't have to take it back in as I just hit 10,000 miles when I brought it in to the shop. "Wheel Alignment Service" Ms. Rennie ensured my concerns of why my vehicle was pulling to the right were answered by the technician. It was discovered I the front right rim was bent and the two rear rims had hairline cracks. I was able to view the vehicle in the bay to see the condition and make a decision to proceed with the alignment and options for resolving my issue with the damaged wheels.
