"Great customer service " I brought my 428i in for scheduled service and Jason the service advisor was wonderful to work with. My vehicle was serviced in a prompt manner and they provided a loaner car for my use. I will not take my car to any other dealership for service because Fields is the best. When I’m ready to purchase a new vehicle, I will certainly go to Fields.
"Great Service" This was our first time at Fields BMW. Not having to fight Jacksonville traffic was a big plus. The dealership was bright and very comfortable. Loved the cookies. Our service representative was very informative and kept us abreast of anything they discovered wrong with the car and explained what needed to be done in great detail. "Excellent Service" My service experience was very good, I have no complaints and everything went as I expected. The price was what I was quoted and the work was done on time.
"Window issue" They were able to correct the problem with my windows by replacing a defective FRM. They went the extra step to find it was covered even though vehicle is a 2011. Everyone friendly and helpful. Only one criticism it was explained that it may have to stay overnight for programming new part, which it did but I never received a call letting me know for sure.
