I had a good experience at Field's BMW. The people there know what they are doing and they are good at it. They also do it with a smile.
My father recently passed away and your service advisor Tony has been super helpful with helping me get this car ready to move out of state. Having just met him under difficult circumstances I can honestly say that he is a really nice guy and cares a lot about his customers. As a store manager myself, I truly appreciate all of his help and wonderful customer service
Everything was fast and ready for me on time. Very clean and inviting environment!! My sales women and fni girl were both amazing individuals and proficient at the jobs
The young man outside with glasses in the service Bay was exceptional. He was very helpful and polite. He went out of his way to speed up my retrieval of my car while I was waiting in line at the cashiers desk. My only suggestion would be a fruit bowl in the snack area. My family eats very cleanly and would love to be able to grab a snack while waiting.
People are the difference makers when it comes to customer service. My experience was made exceptional by having Patti as my service advisor. Truly outstanding!
Tony is always friendly, professional and informative. This is the first time I used the shuttle service and Steve was very responsive, friendly and professional as well. The 'store' is clean and well maintained and I was in and out in less than 2 hours and I just made my appointment on line the previous day. Team Fields makes the service experience a pleasure.
We had an oil change and tire replacement. People were helpful and polite. We drove an updated loaner car and loved it. Our car runs so much better after this service. We wish the prices were cheaper or had some type of discount.
