I purchased my car from out-of-state and Fields BMW and Matt Hoffman could not have made it an easier or more pleasant experience. The car was exactly as represented and there were no surprises in the transaction. Mr. Hoffman even went so far as to facilitate an independent mechanical inspection of the car prior to my traveling to Florida and arranged transportation from the airport. I have nothing but good things to say about my entire experience. My new car is fantastic too.

Could not have asked for a better car buying experience. I was extremely informed on the vehicles as we looked at different models and test drove them with one of the product specialist. Happy to report that my new car's first BMW service went without a hitch. Tony is an amazing service rep and likes to have everything in order so things go in an even flow....it was actually a relaxing experience in their beautiful waiting room, watching TV. No complaints at all.
I had a seat belt restraint issue it also shorted out driver seat control. A fuse was replaced And that took care of it.I was on my way in 2hours.
Jason greeted me as soon as I arrived. He was very nice and kept me informed on what was going on with my car. He also offered me coffee and breakfast. He is an asset to your service dept.
I highly recommend Fields of Daytona BMW. Great service (Tony is the best!) and Joe Baldi (Used Car Sales Manager) and Chris (Service Manager) all could not be more knowledgeable, cooperative and caring.
