Jack was great to work with from Searching for an existing car, then the build process. Great communicator. TJ was took us through the vehicle features and finance process was easy.

This is the fourth BMW we have leased from Joe Baldi and Lee Grasso in the past 5 or 6 years and all have been first class experiences. Prior to our first Field’s BMW visit we we’re loyal to another “ Big Three” manufacturer so had many purchase/lease experiences to compare to those enjoyed at Field’s BMW. This dealership blew away those other competitors.

This was my second BMW purchase from Field's and Matt Hoffman. Both of those experiences were very pleasant and I did not feel pressured. I felt very comfortable and I feel that my decision was informed by the sales staff and I was not "steered" in a certain direction. LG

Our salesman took his time, explaining financing, the choice of vehicles. We were never rushed and given all the time needed to make our purchase choice. I can honestly say this is the shortest amount of time we have ever taken in purchasing a vehicle.

It wouldn't be fair of me to do an overall rating for the dealership. I have always had exceptional and honest experience with the service department, Christopher, Tony and David. My feelings about the sales management is a totaly different opinion and I would rather not get into that again.

I purchased three new tires and had some service work performed. The service staff were professional and addressed my needs very well. My vehicle required some additional warranty work and the service manager went out of his way to give me a loaner car without me having to ask for one. This really helped me out. Very satisfied.
Bought a new car and was 100%’not expecting to do so. Matt really worked hard to put us in a car. Yay for Matt and thanks as well to everyone who supported the sale with humor and Professionalism.
