No run arounds, clear and concise information about the vehicle. Excellent communication through all channels: telephone, email and texting. This allowed the purchase process to be speedy thus, minimizing any delays.
Once again, Tony exceeded all expectations. I was only there for an oil change. I was greeted in a friendly and courteous manner, and the car was serviced in no time. It is truly a pleasure to schedule and work with Tony. He is certainly a professional, and an asset to your service department.
Went to two other dealerships before going to Fields BMW. I drove 3 hours from West Palm Beach, and was so happy I did! Did all the negotiating over the phone, before heading north. Gabe Albok and the dealership kept their word and did exactly what they said they would do, the other two dealerships did not!
Your Service Advisor Jason understood my problem and was quick in taking care of my cars needs. I would definitely recommend not only the dealership but also Jason. The way I say and heard the professionalism of all the service writers during my visits impressed me. PS: The baked goods at the customer service area were excellent also. Great job
This was a great transaction.. Brittany the front desk person was so informative. She made the dealership. The first salesman I ran into said that there were none of the models I wanted on the lot. thankfully Brittany corrected him and took me to see the car she then put me with Roger how did an amazing job. I was not even thinking of buying a BMW but they changed my mind.
I own a couple of BMW and I will let no other. dealership service my cars. Friendly dealership and will accomplish the needs of a proud BMW owner
Sale Advisor was well organized, professional, and extended herself. Service Manager and technician stayed after hours to assist me. These people should be commended for the dedication to the customer.
