Steven Mercier was very professional. I called him exactly at 9.00 in the morning. He just came in and within 5 minutes I got a call back. Asked him about a vehicle and a price for my trade in and everything was worked out in 1/2 Hr. Was greeted well at the office and everything was taken care of. There was one scratch in the rim which was not fixed and Brad was kind enough to fix it at the next visit and give me a free tank of gas. I strongly recommend Park ave BMW and also Brett. He is responsive, patient and helpful throughout the new car process. He answered all of my questions without any hesitation.
