I have been working with Chris Vender for the last 6 years at BMW of Bloomfield and when I found out that he left Bloomfield for Park Ave BMW I had to follow him and I couldn't have been happier !!! Park Ave is wonderful. They have a great waiting area with computers and breakfast.The staff is very professional and very well organized. They also had a loaner on 1 days notice which is a big difference then from what I was use to. My husband and I were in the market for an SUV, and after careful consideration and research, we decided to go with BMW. Park Ave.BMW won us over with their competitive pricing and comfortable atmosphere. I had very good car shopping experience. Steven was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He always returned my phone call and answered all the questions I had. He is polite and hones person. I will recommend everyone to contact Steven in case of any buying experience in the future. Roger Pic handle my finances, he is so calm and organize. I love my car and I thank you Steven Mercier for that.

The purchase experience was excellent. I selected the vehicle I was interested in online. I emailed Brad Russak via email and made an offer for the vehicle that I was interested. He responded almost immediately with a reasonable counteroffer and I scheduled an appointment to see the car. My wife and 6-year old daughter accompanied me to the visit and Brad introduced me to Brett Drummer who was going to show me the vehicle. Park Avenue is really a great place to purchase a vehicle. When we decided to trade in this year , I went right back to Brett, who helped us with are last purchase. I remembered how friendly and helpfull he was. Brett is a great guy who will explain all your options regarding purchase or lease , then works with Roger in finance to get the paper work done. We have bought many cars from Park Avenue over the years. The last three or four were from the always friendly Mike Messenger. This time we did a European Delivery. Mike worked us through that process nicely. Plus he made an excellent suggestion for how to marry exterior color to interior finish, one we would have never risked on our own. It's beautiful. Others at Park Avenue we've known through the years who always give good service are Wayne Carrenza, the GM, and Larry Weiner in the Service Department.
